The ruble at the beginning of trading grows against the dollar and the euro

The dollar fell by 19 kopecks to 74.98 rubles.

The euro exchange rate fell by 10 kopecks and amounted to 88.98 rubles.

Economist Andrey Kolganov, leading researcher at Moscow State University, gave a forecast of the ruble exchange rate.

In an interview with Newinform, he called a scenario unlikely, according to which by the end of 2020 the Russian currency will be at the level of 70 rubles per dollar.
