The research conducted by the BOSS Direct Employment Research Institute found that the recruitment of "Early Bird Farm" this fall has doubled the scale of job applications for international students. At present, the 2020 international students are the main group of international students actively seeking jobs.
With the simplification of the procedures for returning overseas students, the 2021 international students' job hunting activity in China may be further improved in the future.
The report shows that the average expected monthly salary of international students is 10360 yuan (RMB, the same below), which is close to double the average expected monthly salary of domestic freshmen (5858 yuan).
Among the international students who are active in job hunting, 65% have a master's degree or above, and a considerable proportion of them are studying in prestigious overseas schools, which has intensified the overall competition for job hunting among fresh graduates.
This year's "autumn recruitment" started earlier. Since July 1st, the overall recruitment demand has steadily increased, breaking the severe situation of spring recruitment in the first half of the year.
The report shows that the top five industries with the largest recruitment scale for 2021 graduates are the Internet, education and training, real estate, professional services and finance.
In addition, the demand for highly educated talents has increased significantly, and the demand for doctoral positions has surged by 71.5%, mainly in popular industries such as computer software, the Internet, medical health, and "new infrastructure".
The report shows that the average monthly salary required for doctoral positions is 26,523 yuan.
Among them, the average monthly salary of doctoral students in the computer software industry is as high as 41,709 yuan.
According to the analysis of BOSS Direct Employment Research Institute, to some extent, the employment channels for PhD graduates have been broadened, and at the same time, it has also promoted the flow and cooperation of talents between the academic and business circles.
