Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2.6 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 120 pledges amounting to 258.31 million dirhams, including 21 pledges of land worth 103.36 million dirhams, and 99 sales of apartments and villas worth 154.95 million dirhams, while mortgages were recorded. 2.37 billion dirhams, while five grants worth 7.4 million dirhams were registered.

The most important land sales with a value of 28 million dirhams came in the first Dubai Investment Park area, followed by a sale of 14 million dirhams in the Umm Al Sheif area, and then a 10 million dirham sale in the Al-Merkad area.

"Jebel Ali First" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded four sales of 12 million dirhams, followed by Nad Al-Sheba, the third region, with four sales of 10 million dirhams, and a third in the sixth, with two sales of three million dirhams.

The most important sales of apartments and villas were two in the "Jumeirah One" area, the first with nine million dirhams, the second with six million dirhams, and then a pledge of six million dirhams also in the Burj Khalifa area.

"Jumeirah One" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 13 sales of 39 million dirhams, followed by the Burj Khalifa area, with nine sales of 23 million dirhams, and a third in Dubai Marina, with seven sales of nine million dirhams.
