China News Service, Yangjiang, August 10 (Guo Jun, Chen Jing) On August 9, the foundation of the first domestic suction tube jacket fan was successfully installed in the Yangxi Shaba 300MW offshore wind power project in Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, creating a domestic offshore wind power installation Precedent.

The offshore wind power project was invested by the Guangdong Branch of China Three Gorges Corporation, and was general contracted by the Guangzhou Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport. The total height of the suction tube jacket is 63 meters, which is 20 stories high, and the total weight is about 1560 tons, which is equivalent to the weight of 15 heavy trucks with full load. It consists of 3 suction tubes with a diameter of about 13 meters and a height of about 11 meters. It is composed of a 52-meter-high upper jacket.

Since it is the first time that the suction tube jacket fan foundation has been applied to an offshore wind power project in China, the Guangzhou Salvage Bureau has done a lot in terms of technology, equipment, and personnel.

The suction tube has the characteristics of hollow interior, large single size, large jacket weight, high center of gravity, compact upper space structure, and thin barrel structure. For this reason, the project team has designed a very accurate plan from transportation to installation to ensure the smooth completion of the project. Such as designing a special tooling structure and optimizing the overall hoisting plan, which solves the problem of maritime transportation and hoisting of the suction tube jacket. It also improves the accuracy of exploration and precisely controls the pressure generated during the sinking of the suction tube to reach the design depth.

In addition, in order to ensure the success of the first installation, the Guangzhou Salvage Bureau specially dispatched the 4000-ton crane ship "Huatianlong", which has made great contributions to the "Nanhai No. 1" salvage project, as the main lifting vessel for construction.

It is reported that the application of suction tube technology in offshore wind farms can effectively reduce the pollution of engineering construction to the marine environment, reduce the dependence of offshore wind power on large-scale offshore engineering equipment, greatly reduce project costs, and effectively reduce offshore construction risks. After the successful construction, Guangzhou Salvage Bureau and China Three Gorges Corporation will further deepen cooperation, expand the application of cylindrical foundation, promote the application of new technologies, and implement the green development strategy, so as to build Yangjiang into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Help from important supply bases. (Finish)
