According to TASS, he noted that Russia is conducting a careful analysis of all agreements on avoidance of double taxation that the country has with foreign partners.
“Now we are carefully looking at Switzerland and Hong Kong from the point of view of addressing them with a similar proposal,” he said.
Earlier, the Ministry of Finance of Russia reported that the ratification of the tax agreement with Cyprus should take place before the end of 2020, it will enter into force on January 1, 2021.
On August 3, Russia announced the beginning of the procedure for denouncing the agreement on the avoidance of double taxation with Cyprus.
