The Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, the Dubai Silicon Oasis regulator, announced yesterday the launch of the "DSO Click" app, exclusively for Oasis residents and business partners.

She explained in a statement that the application, available on the Android and iOS systems, serves as a platform for the Oasis community to communicate with the authority, and as a tool for submitting requests covering a number of services, including facility management, reporting housing-related problems, in addition to parking parking. She added that residents and business partners will be able to submit their requests by video, text or voice message, as well as the ability to follow up on their own case.

Dubai Silicon indicated that residents will be able to submit requests for facility management, through a smooth and simple process, as the application automatically downloads all the details of the lease contract once the property number is chosen, noting that to simplify community service requests, users can send their reports through the feature « Eye on Community », which allows residents to share their suggestions about improving or developing internal roads in the oasis, in addition to maintenance requests, street lighting problems, noise, sidewalk maintenance requests, pest control complaints, or problems related to household pets.
