The reporter learned from China Energy Construction Gezhouba Electromechanical Company on the 10th that after more than a month of meticulous organization and precise construction, two 30-ton radial cable cranes with the highest and largest span in China were successfully removed at the Datang Guanyinyan Hydropower Station in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province. Effectively eliminate the safety risks that exist during the outage period of high towers, large tonnage, and ultra-long span cable cranes.
According to reports, the Datang Guanyinyan Hydropower Station is equipped with two 30-ton radial cable cranes during the main project construction period. The main tower is 106.6 meters high and has a span of 1365 meters. It is currently the largest radial cable crane in China. The main tower of the cable crane adopts the direct lifting method, and the hydraulic jack synchronization technology is used to replace the traditional hoist pulley block traction method in the main tower lifting process. During the operation period of the cable crane, it successfully solved the problems of high-strength construction of the main project, simultaneous cross-operation of multiple working surfaces, and vertical transportation of equipment and concrete. The successful erection and effective operation of this set of cable cranes have carried out beneficial explorations and provided valuable experience for the construction of similar projects.
