It is reported by BelTA.

It is clarified that a total of three documents were signed in the energy sector, two of which related to changes in the intergovernmental agreement on the construction of the Belarusian nuclear power plant.

“The third document regulates the conditions for the supply of Russian energy to Belarus,” the agency said.

Earlier, during a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Golovchenko said that the reason for the drop in oil exports from Russia to Belarus was the foreign economic situation.

Vyacheslav Kulagin, director of the Center for the Study of World Energy Markets at the Institute for Energy Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences, assessed the situation in the oil market in an interview with the FBA “Economics Today”.
