Twenty-six percent of companies have already stopped after introducing telework... The issue for fixing is July 15 at 5:20

Although the telework was temporarily introduced due to the spread of the new coronavirus, 26% of the companies have already discontinued it. Many companies raise the difficulty of information management, which seems to be the issue of establishing telework.

A private research company, "Tokyo Shoko Research," conducted a survey of companies nationwide from the end of last month to the beginning of this month, and summarized the responses of about 14,000 companies.

When asked about the introduction of telework as a result of the spread of the new coronavirus, 31% of the companies are currently implementing it and 42% have not.

On the other hand, 26% of the companies have already quit because of the spread of infection.

When asking the companies who quit teleworking for reasons, it was pointed out that it was difficult to secure security when handling company information at home, and that many employees who could not use the teleworking system did not penetrate.

"It was shown that many companies started teleworking but could not continue. It may be necessary to support establishment in order to prevent infection."
