As the RSTC reminded, on July 1, the moratorium on collecting debts ended and by the end of the month the owners are obliged to pay off everything.

“The industry as a whole does not have this money and the accounts of shopping centers can be blocked. Such a situation will lead to the fact that about a quarter of all shopping centers will be closed, ”the message said.

The union called for operational measures to support the industry, indicating that it provides more than 25% of the country's retail turnover.
