The transfer tax reduction requirements are also demanding, especially for residents.

Currently, one household and one homeowner can receive up to 80% of long-term holding special deduction if they hold it for more than 10 years regardless of the residence period, but in the future, the deduction rate will be calculated by dividing the retention period and residence period by 40%.
