The CEO of flydubai, Ghaith Al Ghaith, considered the airline's resumption of scheduled flights a significant achievement. He said: «We celebrate the resumption of our flights, and when we return to our thinking over the past months, we must realize that this represents an important achievement and a positive step for the UAE and the aviation industry. Al-Ghaith expressed his optimism about the future of travel, saying: "We expect to see our regular flights reach 66 destinations during the summer." He pointed out that travel restrictions still exist around the flydubai network, which will gradually strengthen it.
He continued, "Nevertheless, we must admit that the way we travel has changed, and that our travelers need to be prepared and ready to travel in this new way ... We are pleased to welcome our first international visitors who will be warmly welcomed in the city known for its hospitality."
