The Dubai Multi Commodities Center yesterday announced the expansion of the business support package and the extension of its term until August 31, 2020.

He said in a statement yesterday, that the business support package comes with the aim of reducing the cost of doing business, supporting small and medium enterprises and enhancing the flexibility of the member companies of the center, in light of the challenges posed by the "Covid-19" pandemic, as the package includes a full set of measures and procedures related to reducing costs .

The new business support package, which applies to companies currently registered in the center, includes: a 33% discount when licenses are renewed for a period of three years (or an additional year for free), a 25% discount when renewing licenses for two years (or an additional six months free), and a discount 20% when renewing licenses for a year, in addition to a 30% discount when issuing an additional license, an exemption of 100% of the address change fees when moving the workplace to the “business center” of the DMCC, and an exemption of 100% of fees Permission to share office space, fines for late renewal of expired licenses, and fines for late renewal of expired lease contracts.

The package also includes a 50% exemption from licensing recovery fees, if the company’s license has expired by one of the authorities due to non-renewal, a 50% discount on non-use fees, and a two-month rental allowance for flexible office tenants and tenants at the business center, or installments Monthly / quarterly without discount.

Dubai Multi Commodities has announced a partnership with Emirates NBD to enable card holders of new and existing member companies to convert their payments into flexible installments without interest.
