According to Novak, Russia fulfilled the agreement in May by 96%.

He noted that the expert technical committee in the second half of June will take stock of the completion of the OPEC + deal in June.

Novak also said that OPEC + countries have extended existing quotas to reduce oil production until the end of July in order to balance the oil market.
