1 Employment
At the end of the year, there were 7.7471 million employed people nationwide, of which 440.47 million were employed in urban areas. Among the national employees, the primary industry employed 25.1%; the secondary industry employed 27.5%; the tertiary industry employed 47.4%.
In 2019, the total number of migrant workers nationwide was 290.77 million, of which 116.52 million were local migrant workers, an increase of 820,000 from the previous year, an increase of 0.7%; migrant workers were 17.425 million, an increase of 1.59 million from the previous year, an increase of 0.9%.

2 Social insurance
The income of the three social insurance funds for basic endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and work injury insurance for the whole year totaled 5911.3 billion yuan, an increase of 204 billion yuan or 3.6% over the previous year; fund expenditures totaled 5.4492 trillion yuan, an increase of 528.5 billion yuan over the previous year, an increase 10.7%.

(1) Pension insurance
At the end of the year, 96.54 million people participated in basic pension insurance, an increase of 24.61 million over the previous year. 3 Talent and personnel

4 Labor relations
