The recipient of the subsidy cannot be at the stage of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy. Among other requirements: the absence of overdue debts to the federal budget, readiness for audits of targeted spending.
Earlier, Mishustin signed a decree on the allocation of 10.9 billion rubles to support airports.
