The company indicated in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market, that the company’s general assembly will discuss the company’s budget, the profit and loss account for the past financial year and certify each of them, discharge the members of the board of directors, discharge the auditors for the past fiscal year, and appoint auditors for the financial year Current and fix their fees.

In April of this year, Emaar Properties announced the postponement of the General Assembly due to the outbreak of the emerging epidemic of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) until June 21 instead of April 22.

The company's shares rose 1.55% during yesterday's session, and closed at 2.61 dirhams, and 14.386 million shares were exchanged, amounting to 37.409 million dirhams.
