The General Authority for Regulating the Telecommunications Sector in the state affirmed that there is no technical way through which smartphones can be accessed and data stolen upon them by simply receiving a call or answering a phone call.

The authority said today, Sunday, that there are false warning messages claiming that users are exposed to the breaches of their smartphone and stealing their photos and personal files, as soon as they answer a phone call from certain numbers.
