Zhao Chenxin pointed out that these two documents indicate the focus of this year's economic system reform, and the main measures are summarized as "four efforts":
First, focus on promoting the establishment of a high-standard market system. We have to build a more complete system and mechanism for factor-based market allocation. This is a big goal. Third, focus on optimizing the development environment of the private economy.
