This is reported by TASS with reference to the statement of the regulator.

“College number seven on May 15 rejected the application of Nord Stream 2 AG to exempt part of the Nord Stream 2, which runs in the territorial waters of Germany, from regulation,” the message said.

Earlier media reported that the German regulator plans to reject the application of Nord Stream 2 AG to exempt the pipeline project from the rules of the updated EU Gas Directive.

As noted, the regulator of Germany planned to accept comments from interested parties until May 8, and then make a final decision on this issue.
