According to the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Trial Implementation of the Exclusion of Tariff Commodities from the United States and Canada (Tax Commission Announcement [2019] No. 2), the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council organizes the review of valid applications made by applicants and decides according to the procedures , For the second batch of goods subject to tariffs imposed on the United States, some of which are excluded for the second time, the relevant matters are announced as follows:
For the commodities listed in the annex, from May 19, 2020 to May 18, 2021 (one year), the tariffs imposed by me against the US 301 measures will no longer be levied. For the refund of the levied duties and taxes, the relevant import enterprise shall apply to the customs for processing within 6 months from the date of publication of the exclusion list.
