Li Fangchuan is a local “old name” crayfish vendor who has been in this industry for more than 30 years. Every morning, Li Fangchuan will pack and ship the crayfish caught by the farmers until the evening.

　　[Commentary] Li Fangchuan said that local people get rid of poverty through farming crayfish and get rich. The crayfish market has gradually grown, and the lobsters are not worried about selling. They can sell about 30,000 pounds a day in peak season. Sales areas include Shanghai, Zhejiang, Heilongjiang and other parts of the country.

Now after several years of lobster farming, I have built a house in the back and I have done a good job on it. Of course, life is much better than before.

　　[Explanation] It is understood that Huoqiu County currently ranks first in the area and production of lobsters in paddy fields in Anhui Province, and is known as "the first county of ecological rice and shrimp in China." The local rice and shrimp comprehensive cultivation area reaches 510,000 mu, and there are 6 crayfish breeding bases. In 2018, the comprehensive output value of the rice and shrimp industry in Huoqiu County reached 1.8 billion yuan, and integrated rice and fish farming increased farmers' income by 600 million yuan. Among them, 12,000 poor households achieved stable poverty alleviation through integrated rice and shrimp breeding.

For poor households, if the lobster sales reached 6,000 yuan (RMB) in the year, our government subsidized 3,000 yuan. This is the local poverty alleviation policy. If this is the solution, the poor households will start with less cost, insufficient investment, and solve the problem of funds.
