The country is going through a political crisis. Despite three elections in less than a year, Israel has no government. Benny Gantz having failed last week  to form a government, President Rivlin has entrusted the task of Parliament to propose, in a little less than three weeks, an elected representative having enough seat to try to form a government. But the camps of Benny Gantz and Benjamin Netanyahu say they are continuing their talks with a view to a possible union. Out of the question for the demonstrators of "Black Flags".

These demonstrations had been authorized by the police , who however demanded compliance with the instructions, with a distance of two meters between the demonstrators, who were required to wear masks. Israel has some 13,000 cases of infection, and 172 deaths related to the coronavirus have been reported.
