Many customers find it more comfortable to receive letters and bank notices in Arabic, especially if they include lengthy instructions, new procedures, or tips to prevent fraud.

To ensure that bank correspondences are received in the Arabic language, the banking expert Ahmed Youssef says that the customer can choose his preferred language "Arabic" when opening the bank account and this option was not present in the past and now banks provide it within the terms of the account opening agreement.

"The second option is to contact the bank's customer service center and ask to change the language and choose Arabic as its preferred language, and this is an easy procedure over the phone that does not take minutes," Youssef added.
