According to the airline's website, all flights are only intended for return, and the reservation process is subject to 7 conditions:

All trips are only for repatriation and will transfer citizens of the countries who wish to reside in or visit the UAE now.

All one-way flights from Dubai International Airport will be operated from Terminal 2.

All flights are subject to government approval and will not operate unless approvals are obtained.

There will be no fine for modifications or refunds if the flight is canceled.

All departures from Dubai are available in Economy Class, and will include 20 kg of check-in baggage.

Any refund of these tickets will be in the form of a voucher issued by the company.

All travelers are required to wear face masks and gloves during travel and on-board procedures throughout the duration of the flight.

It is noteworthy that the flights announced by the carrier included 13 destinations currently, which are Iraq, Iran, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Georgia, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Croatia.
