In the metropolitan area, a total of six new confirmed persons were reported, including 1 in Seoul, 4 in Gyeonggi, and 1 in Incheon.
In other regions, there were 1 Gangwon and 2 Chungnam, and no new confirmed persons were reported in Busan, Gwangju, Ulsan, Sejong, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, Jeonnam, Jeju, Daejeon, and Gyeongnam.
Nine out of 18 new confirmers are cases of foreign influx.
The regions where they stayed abroad were the Americas (6), Europe (2), and Asia outside of China (1).
