  Case 1: On April 13th, a trading company in Qingdao declared to the customs that it exported 5400 kg of nitrile disposable gloves to the customs, with a value of 660,500 Hong Kong dollars, and the declaration specification was "Used for food health and safety inspection of employees". Did not submit the medical device product registration certificate and export medical supplies declaration. The actual goods are the inspection gloves listed in the first category of medical devices, and the parties are suspected of evading the inspection of exported commodities. On April 15th, Qingdao Customs has investigated the case, and the case is under further investigation.

  Case 2: On April 12, a trading company in Manzhouli declared the export of 1.5 million "disposable protective masks (non-medical)", the value of which was US $ 300,000, and submitted a copy of the certificate of conformity, a statement of export of non-medical materials, and testing Reports and other materials. After inspection, it was found that there are 29 boxes of a total of 116,000 masks that are actually disposable medical masks, and the parties are suspected of evading the inspection of export commodities. On April 15, Manzhouli Customs has opened an investigation into the case, and the case is under further investigation.

  Case 3: On April 9, a company in Chengdu exported a batch of goods in containers. The customs found that it included 300,000 disposable protective masks that were not declared to the customs for export, with a value of more than 320,000 yuan. The truthful declaration by the customs affects the customs supervision order. The Chengdu Customs has filed an investigation and has imposed administrative penalties on the parties in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Implementation Regulations on Customs Administrative Penalties”.

  The General Administration of Customs previously issued an announcement, deciding to implement inspection of export commodities on 11 categories of articles such as medical masks from April 10. Relevant person in charge of the General Administration of Customs reminded that cases of exporting medical materials in violation of laws and regulations will be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law and with strict and serious measures, and joint disciplinary action will be taken. For example, if an enterprise is punished, the customs will notify the competent commercial department of the punished enterprise, which will suspend the foreign trade operation of the enterprise, and the customs will not declare and release the import and export goods of the enterprise according to the decision of the competent commercial department.
