Sharjah Cooperative has announced its full readiness to receive the holy month of Ramadan, by providing Ramadan foodstuffs at reasonable prices for everyone to ensure that all needs are met throughout the month in light of the abundance of foodstuffs and supplies.


Majid Al Junaid, CEO of Sharjah Cooperative, confirmed raising the value of supply contracts for Ramadan goods to reach 300 million dirhams, stressing that the stock needed for this season is approaching with the approach of the holy month of Ramadan, as Sharjah cooperative stores contain a strategic commodity stock for 6 months with a value of more than Half a billion dirhams, which provides a great abundance of consumer needs.


He pointed to offering a group of discounts that reach 60 percent according to the highest standards of quality and value that characterize the Sharjah cooperative in addition to following the highest standards of prevention, explaining the willingness of all branches to receive the Holy Month by diversifying the sources of importing goods, especially basic consumer goods that are experiencing increasing demand during Ramadan.


Al-Junaid urged Sharjah cooperative shoppers to shop in a logical and responsible way, as all basic food commodities are available in sufficient quantities, and that the strategic stock meets the increasing demand throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
