Dubai Airports said that as of April 12, Emirates Airlines will resume passenger transfers to specific destinations from Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport.

In a statement on its website, the Foundation advised travelers to contact Emirates Airlines directly for additional information or travel reservations, noting that all departing passengers will be subject to thermal scanning at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

She added that passengers must bring face masks and gloves and adhere to the rules of physical spacing.

Regardless of the above mentioned Emirates operations, emergency cargo and evacuation flights are operated only from Dubai International Airport and Dubai World Central Airport during this period.

Emirates Airlines said earlier that it had obtained the necessary approvals to transport passengers to some of its destinations from April 6 to London Heathrow, Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels and Zurich.

It is noteworthy that the General Authority of Civil Aviation confirmed that the decision to suspend flights for passengers and transit to and from the country is still in effect, adding that temporary flights were permitted for the purpose of evacuating residents and visitors who wish to leave the country and return to their country, provided that all precautionary measures are applied according to requirements Ministry of Health and Community Protection.
