This resumption of Sino-Korea Petrochemical Ethylene Debottleneck Reconstruction Project has a total investment of 4.25 billion yuan, a total of three new units to reform three units, and the construction of corresponding supporting systems. The project started construction at the end of 2018 and is planned to be completed at the end of 2020 and early 2021.

At present, 217 people from 22 construction units have returned to work, and the final number of returnees will reach 1,000. These construction workers are from Hubei, Shandong, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Gansu and other places.
