The Securities and Commodities Authority has launched a smart electronic system, "Mirsal", which enables the implementation of internal business correspondence to paper, which establishes the concept of adopting an environmentally friendly approach, and reduces carbon emissions resulting from the use of paper.

The authority clarified in a statement yesterday that the new system, which was developed by its information technology team, works to raise the level of automation in the operations of the executive and administrative, so that paper is completely dispensed in all correspondence (internal and external), and replaced with electronic documents that can be signed and certified By those digitally involved.

She added that the system works at the same time to organize the process of managing documents and archiving them electronically, which reduces the employee's effort and contributes to the speed of delivery and limits the creation of more files.

The authority noted that the system, which supports both Arabic and English, allows employees to use it anytime and anywhere through smart devices, and it has the advantage of creating an unlimited number of templates and forms used according to what the nature of work in each department requires, such as meeting minutes Periodic reports and correspondence, along with this, ensures confidentiality and security of information by activating the Pin Code feature.

She indicated that the system also includes a follow-up screen for correspondence dedicated to supervisory categories, which allows to follow up tasks and see periodic reports on performance and speed of completion, while the system also sends notifications automatically to alert users to see the latest updates and notes related to established correspondence.
