The train washroom is equipped with sanitary products such as germicidal hand sanitizer and disposable towels, etc. It can wipe and disinfect public facilities such as door handles, faucets, and toilets at any time.

In order to minimize the frequency of migrant workers walking in the carriages, train staff will send meals "point-to-point" to them according to different dining needs. After the train arrives in Shuozhou, Shuozhou Station will also open a special channel for returning workers to go out of the station. At the same time, a combination of infrared temperature measurement and manual temperature measurement will be used to perform temperature measurement at the station.
