In detail, the data of the Dubai Land Department showed the registration of a number of important real estate deals during the past year, the most prominent of which is a real estate deal for "Emaar Properties", which sold a tower in the "Creek Edge" project in Dubai Creek at a value of 635 million dirhams, and the tower consists of 40 Storeys and 388 apartments, and it was sold in one deal to a foreign investor.
In second place came the sale of Burma Island in the "World Islands" project, with a value of 112.7 million dirhams.
And in the third place came a real estate deal that was implemented in the city of Mohammed bin Rashid, where a villa worth 90 million dirhams was sold, and it is considered the most expensive villa to be sold during the year 2019. In the fourth place came a sale of a five-bedroom residential unit on the scheme with an area of 24 thousand A square foot, within the "One Palm" project of the "Omniyat Real Estate Company", which was sold for 74 million dirhams.
In fifth place came the sale of a six-bedroom villa with an area of 17.8 thousand square feet in the «Emirates Hills Residential Complex», which was sold for 64 million dirhams. And in the sixth place came the sale of a five-bedroom villa, located within the "Garden Homes" project in "Frond Palm Jumeirah", and it was sold for 51 million dirhams. The list of the most valuable real estate deals for 2019 also includes a five-bedroom apartment, located in the El Primo Tower in the Downtown Dubai area, which was sold on the scheme at 43.5 million dirhams, and ranked seventh in the ranking.
