The State Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has issued a decision requiring consumers who are forced to early termination of telecommunications contracts with Etisalat and du to pay a fee equal to only one month from January 1.
A source in the Emirates Authority said today that these fees apply to both old and new contracts, as well as mobile and internet contracts.
