The "Royal Pearls" project, which is being developed by "Lamborghini" company, is considered one of the distinguished projects in "One Square" area.
The project consists of 7,500 housing units, and the first phase is expected to be completed by next year, with more than 1,500 housing units completed. The project, which is designed to become the first tourist destination in Dubai with a total area of five million square meters, includes the longest indoor ski hall in the world with a length of 1.2 km, as well as a closed multi-purpose sports hall with an area of 25 thousand square meters.
The project also includes a track for running and cycling with a length of 5.3 km and a wooden track with a length of nine kilometers, in addition to the largest dancing fountain in the world with a length of 420 meters and a beach with a length of 300 meters, in addition to a public square that can accommodate up to 60 thousand people, and a unique heritage village.
