Snapchat launched the new Swipe Up to Call feature exclusively for users in the Middle East region, to provide consumers with the opportunity to communicate with advertising companies via the platform.

The Swipe Up to Call feature allows customers to make a direct phone call to the company they see advertised on the "Snapchat" platform without any additional charges to the consumer, and it responds to the prevailing patterns of users in the Middle East. Today, communication is still a preferred method for many to communicate with companies, rather than visiting the website or filling out an electronic form on the Internet if they wish to know more information about the advertised product or service.

The new feature is currently available to all companies that advertise on the "Snapchat" platform in the Middle East, and it can be tested for only $ 20 a day, and "Saudi Telecom Company" and "Zain Group" were among the first advertisers to go for the new feature.

The company, "Snap" pointed out that the Swipe Up to Call feature is expected to witness a wide turnout from companies wishing to advertise from various sectors. For example, car showrooms will be able to enable customers to book driving test dates or set an appointment for upcoming maintenance, and the food and beverage sector can use the feature to enable consumers to make reservations in restaurants or request delivery easily,

It can also be used in general customer service inquiries.

The new feature enables real estate agents to take advantage of it by reviewing real estate pictures and offering flexible options for tenants or buyers who want to communicate directly with them through the call.
