In July, the company hired large companies, offering three to four times the annual salary of other Chinese companies.

There are also companies that promote battery technicians from LG Chem in Korea playing a big role in their company.

It is to repeat the method in the battery field, which employs key personnel in the domestic semiconductor industry to find out the technology and manufacturing know-how.

The global EV battery market, which amounted to 62 trillion won last year, is expected to grow to 196 trillion won, more than three times over five years later.

In particular, Chinese companies are also using shortcuts to work as subsidiaries to avoid lawsuits related to technology leaks.
