A Dubai real estate brokerage has successfully sold a wealthy villa worth AED 42 million.
BH Real Estate, a real estate brokerage company, said in a press release that the company has sold a villa in the Emirates Hills area for 41.95 million dirhams.
The villa is more than 2,000 square meters.
The completion of the transaction at the moment is a strong indication of the upward trend in Dubai real estate, the company said in a statement.
