Renewal work with “Zengin System” Immediate transfer to other banks Temporary suspension November 1, 6:16

Updating the system that connects banks and credit unions throughout the country will start from the evening of the first day. For this reason, the service that transfers money instantly to other bank accounts will not be available for 3 days from 3:30 pm.

The “Zengin System”, which is managed by the National Banking Association of an industry group and manages the exchange of money between financial institutions, will be updated from the evening of the first day.

As a result, services that transfer money instantly to accounts at other financial institutions on weekday nights and weekends will be temporarily unavailable.

This service is provided by 513 financial institutions including major banks, regional banks, credit unions and credit unions nationwide, but it will be unavailable for 3 days from 3:30 pm on the 1st.

If you transfer money to an account at another financial institution during the renewal process, it will be credited after midnight on the 4th.

On the other hand, cash can be withdrawn and deposited at ATMs and automatic teller machines even during renewal work.

The National Bankers Association has called for “there may be different service restart times depending on the financial institution, so please check with the corresponding financial institution”.
