The Danish Energy Agency issued a permit to lay the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline on the continental shelf of the country. This is stated in a statement published by the press service of the department.
“Nord Stream 2 AG has received permission to build a gas pipeline system on the Danish continental shelf,” the report said.
Earlier, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak noted that the chances of obtaining Danish permission to lay a gas pipeline section remain.
