Bashar al-Assad pointed out that Syria had responded to " the blatant invasion of Turkey in several places, hitting its agents and terrorists ". The head of state was speaking by receiving a senior Iraqi official, Faleh al-Fayad, adviser to the Iraqi Prime Minister for National Security.
