The total number of completed buildings in Dubai reached 4592 new buildings during the first eight months of this year, an average of about 574 buildings per month, according to data published by the Dubai Statistics Center, issued by the Dubai Municipality.

The data showed that March recorded the highest rate of completed buildings reaching 990 buildings, followed by July with 736 buildings, adding that investment and private villas accounted for 85.5% of the number of completed buildings in Dubai, during the period Between January and August 2019, a total of 3,926 buildings.

In detail, data published by the Dubai Statistics Center, issued by the Dubai Municipality, revealed yesterday that the total number of buildings completed in the emirate during the first eight months of this year reached 4592 buildings, with a completion rate of about 574 new buildings per month.

According to the data, the total number of buildings completed in Dubai during the last January, 389 buildings, the number during February reached 508 buildings, while the number in March to 990 buildings, while April recorded 638 buildings.

The data showed that the total number of completed buildings in May reached 588 buildings, compared with 394 buildings in June, while July recorded the completion of 736 buildings, while the number reached 349 buildings in August.

The statistics showed that the new buildings were distributed between 2648 buildings for «investment villas», 1278 buildings for «private villas», 221 «multi-storey building» and 203 «building ratios floor, while the number of public buildings buildings 144 buildings, industrial buildings 98 buildings .

She pointed out that the investment villas topped the list of completed buildings in the period between January and August of this year, accounting for 57.7%, followed by private villas with a share of 27.8%, then multi-storey buildings by 4.8%, while the share of buildings with floor rates of 4.4%, Public buildings buildings 3.1% and industrial buildings 2.1%.

According to statistics, between January and August 2019, private and investment villas accounted for 85.5% of the total number of completed buildings in Dubai, with an average of 3,926 buildings. It is noteworthy that during the last year as a whole, the data showed that the total value of completed buildings in Dubai, which amounted to 6043 new buildings, reached 34 billion and 52 million dirhams, a growth of 20.33%, compared to 2017.
