July current account surplus of ¥ 1,099.99 billion 61th consecutive month 9th September 8:59
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Finance, the current account balance in July was 1,999.5 billion yen, showing how much Japan earned from overseas trade and financial transactions. This is the 61th consecutive month that the current account is in surplus.
