Dubai International Airport ranked first in the world and the Arab world in terms of the number of seats scheduled on international departures, with the total seat capacity at the UAE airport to 54 million and 169 thousand And 79 seats, from January 1 to the end of December 2019.
According to OAG, the international provider of airport and airline data, the airports of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah registered a total of 74,502,390 seats scheduled this year.
Dubai International retained its top spot for the fifth consecutive year, with 89.1 million passengers using the airport in 2018.
