According to the president of Opora Rossii, Alexander Kalinin, from 2016 to 2018, the number of SMEs and those employed in this sector was recorded, but in 2019 the trend broke.
“It is important that the business that has received state support shows the opposite trend: according to rough estimates, over the past year, 50 thousand enterprises have increased 800 thousand employees,” Kalinin said.
