The second round of the Fair Trade Commission's decision on Apple Korea, which is suspected of being stalled, has been decided on the 16th of next month.

The FTC said on Jan. 16 that it will conduct a second round of deliberations on Apple Korea's abuse of trade status.

The FTC Office believes that Apple Korea has committed an abuse of trade status, such as enforcing purchasing, offering profits, and offering disadvantages to three domestic telecom companies and issuing a fine and correcting orders.

If Apple Korea is found guilty of the allegation at the power conference, it can impose a penalty up to 2% of the related sales, and the total amount of the penalty is expected to reach several hundred billion won.
