Abu Dhabi Airports announced today the launch of Pakistan International Airlines, the national carrier in Pakistan, connecting flights between Peshawar Airport and Al Ain International Airport in the United Arab Emirates, with two weekly flights on Fridays and Sundays.

The airport, the second largest airport in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, received the company's first flight from Peshawar International Airport on Friday (February 22nd) at 10:35 am local time, at an official reception ceremony.

Pakistan International Airlines will operate flights on its Airbus 320-200, which includes eight seats in the luxury economy class and 150 seats within the economy class. The flights will depart on Friday and Sunday from Peshawar International Airport at 8:10 local time to reach Al Ain International Airport at 10:10 am local time, while return flights to Peshawar at 11:10 local time to arrive at 15:10 local time .
