In detail, the head of the Center for the Settlement of Rental Disputes, Judge Abdul Qadir Musa, said that "some tenants believe that if he leaves the rented eye before the end of the contract period, he can recover the rest of his rent checks, which is a false belief." He pointed out that the dissolution of the contract is through legal mechanisms, by informing the owner two months before the end of the contract, ensuring that the contract is not renewed automatically. "The owner also has the right to reserve the assets of the leased unit that he finds in the event of failure to meet the financial obligations." He pointed out that Article (7) of Law No. (26) of 2007 on rents in the Emirate of Dubai stipulates that the lease contract may not be dissolved by the sole will of the lessor or lessee, except by mutual consent or in accordance with the provisions of the law.
